The new city mayor for Monrovia is Mary Broh Ophelia Hoff-Saytumah is not the first female Mayor of Monrovia. The first female mayor of Monrovia was Ellen Sandimanie.

Thank you, I have updated the article, and yes this 1970s article confirms Sandimanie was the first, and would be a good source to use to write an article on her. Aboutmovies (talk) 09:05, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
