One-sided[edit]

I beleive the article is too one-sided, and that it only focuses on the controversial and negative sides of Otto Jespersen. The general impression I got from reading the article is that he's some sort of radical villain, which is something that conflicts with my general impression of the guy. Removed text[edit]

I removed the following text: "Being a coward like most Norwegians commedians, this is easy to understand".

This is not relevant and is considered a personal attack.

Audience response[edit]

"He lit a candle whilst the flag was revealed, apparently held by a backstage worker, and the flag was put closer and closer towards the candle until, at the end of the monologue, it caught fire. When he heard the audience's response to this (mostly booing and gasping, but also some laughter, since his monologue was performed with an air of romantic nationalism and patriotism)."

I was just watching the Best of Torsdagsklubben DVD, and didn't hear any booing and gasping when the flag caught fire. I heard someone applaud, and some laughter. Should this part of the article be changed? Frederik Holden 06:15, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Citations[edit]

There are only 4 citations in this article, 3 of which link to articles that don't exist anymore, and the one that still works is in Norwegian. Might want to do something about that. - Cilibinarii (talk) 13:30, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
