Image copyright problem with File:Avatar(Neytiri).jpg
The image File:Avatar(Neytiri).jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.
Please do not delete
Instead of deleting this page and redirecting to another page, please spend your time more constructively adding to the page and making it an independent page in its own right. I have made this page separate to the main page to make reference easier. Due to the nature of the article it has a large amount of potential information in it and it would only clog up the main article and make it too big and difficult to navigate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ssamhe (talk • contribs) 11:02, 20 July 2012 (UTC)
- You've tried this before. There was no consensus then, and there's no consensus now. If you really believe it needs to be split, take it to the main article's talk page first and find consensus there. Don't unilaterally split the content again, please. — Huntster (t @ c) 13:08, 20 July 2012 (UTC)
I do believe that this page needs splitting, because as it mentions in wikipedia:Article size under readability issues and technical issues. Here it explains that large articles such as the original one are bad for poor or slow connections. secondly to read the full article which is too long at just over 6,000 words. this is a logical split as it is a subject that adds to the encyclopedia by itself.
