Biased?
[edit]This article seems somewhat biased to me. "The book clearly summarizes in just 120 pages...new technologies and programs that are already working amazingly well and that obviously could be rapidly scaled up..." All accurate, perhaps, but it just seems so glowing to me. Then it goes on to try to argue for him that his solutions are relatively cheap.
