CSE AfP[edit]

CSE did not become AfP, CSE split, and the parts recombined with other organizations, and one of the resultant organizations was AfP. Please confirm Fink's association with AfP. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 15:54, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Furthermore, CSE and CSEF are separate organizations, not necessarily with the same founders. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 15:55, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It is in Fink's bio MBMadmirer (talk) 16:03, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
So, then we need to also report the correct relationship between the CSE(F) and AfP? — Arthur Rubin (talk) 16:14, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah. I screwed it up. this is all just so complicated, I haven't found the right words. Let me try again. MBMadmirer (talk) 16:16, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, i think that what is there is right. CSE -> FW, CSEF -> AFPF MBMadmirer (talk) 16:17, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It's confused. Our article on CSE reports that
  1. CSE -> FW, CSEF -> AfPF, and
  2. CSE split into FW and AfPF,
both without sources. But you may be correct. However, we don't know the relationship between AfP and AfPF, so the wikilink is unclear. Furthermore, which of them are 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) non-profit foundations may affect the technical conversions, even if we have sources. A 501(c)(3) cannot "become" a 501(c)(4), which a 501(c)(4) can become a 501(c)(3). — Arthur Rubin (talk) 16:56, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
