An ip-editor twice has tried to add content that breaches our policies on presumption of privacy. See Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons#Presumption in favor of privacy. The crux of the post is that an incident, unrelated to a gentleman's former employment at the school resulted in a caution- news of this was posted on this site. The allegation belongs in the biography- not here. WP:NOTPUBLICFIGURE applies. Principally WP:BLP1E- should be applied to biographies of living people and to biographies of low-profile individuals. By and by he was a former employee and incidental to the subject of the article- WP:UNDUE the edit can thus be seen as vindictive.

BLP applies to all material about living persons anywhere on Wikipedia, including talk pages, edit summaries, user pages, images, categories, lists, article titles and drafts. If you reply to this post please do not use the gentleman's name. ClemRutter (talk) 17:53, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
