reads a bit like an advertisement
[edit]not sure whoever wrote this is at arm's length, especially section about more recent history ("Stuckey's is on the rebound"). Personally I recall Stuckey's fondly from my childhood but this article reads like a company marketing brochure. 71.168.157.180 (talk) 00:11, 8 February 2023 (UTC)
- Yep, this is an advert. 2601:249:9301:CD60:D969:5270:A04F:58CA (talk) 01:12, 16 March 2023 (UTC)
IMHO, the souvenirs definitely were kitschy
[edit]Haven't been in one since the '70s, but the souvenirs were kitschy then (electric toilet paper -- a corncob with an electric cord inserted). Not sure how to find an acceptable reference, though. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tngprime (talk • contribs) 20:12, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
