Untitled[edit]

This article (and accompanying stat box) currently seem to be biased towards Kylie Minogue's version, while skimming past the 10 or so other musicians performing the song. If Kylie had written "Tears on My Pillow," I'd understand why the data box is strictly about her single, her album, her chronology (she didn't write it: Sylvester Bradford and Al Lewis wrote it). If she was the first to perform it, that's one thing (she's not: Little Anthony & the Imperials were first). If she were the first to have a hit with it, that's one thing (again, Little Anthony & the Imperials charted #1 with it). Before Kylie had even covered "Tears on My Pillow," New Edition and Sha Na Na had also performed it (Sha Na Na doing so in a soundtrack, also before Kylie did the same), in addition to the song being a #1 hit for Little Anthony & the Imperials. But since Kylie Minogue is a current pop star, apparently this encylcopedia article should include a highlight box accentuating her accomplishments alone, while glossing over the rest of the song's 48-year history? 66.17.105.226 00:38, 16 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Underrated[edit]

This could be the most underrated single by Kylie Minogue and this idea needs to be explored and the article under Kylie's version needs to be updated and mentioned that it is a cover. If you anyone finds any articles web or non-web about Kylie Minogue's version they need to list them and the genre of Kylie's version needs to be explored as well and the Composition needs to be updated because I think this song is influenced by Old Jazz music or another form of Jazz Music. The single itself also sounds like Old radio music like that of the 1950's. So can someone please update the song's article and other Kylie's articles. She a music artist that still needs to be looked into further and updates. Let's see if you all at Wikipedia can at least get most or all of Kylie's songs to Good Article form with Background and Composition and B sides listed. Sprite7868 04:17, 12 June 2015

Original Release[edit]

How old was Clarence Collins when he sang the original 1958 version? This factoid isn't available anywhere online; if it becomes known it would be helpful here, as the vocals in the original Little Anthony & The Imperial's original version is iconic of the time. The McGuire Sisters[edit]
