Trivia section[edit]

Since Superman is DC comics, and Spiderman is Marvel comics, it's doubtful that the name "Daily Bugle" was "re-used" by Marvel. This needs a reference citation. Dreadlocke 18:39, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Daily Bugle didn't appear in a Marvel Comic until Spider-Man's introduction six years after Superpup was made. Whether intentional or not, the fact is Superpup/DC used it first. It's just a matter of chronology (unless, of course, someone can cite a Marvel (or Marvel-related) comic from 1958 or earlier that used the name). 23skidoo 13:05, 22 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The inference was that the name was re-used intentionally - which would definitely need a source. Without a source, even merely pointing out that the two publishers used the same name would violate WP:NOR. Dreadstar 05:33, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

new article title?[edit]

As the sub ject was an unaired pilot, should the article title be changed to Pilot (The Adventures of Superpup)? Most of the other articles about pilot episode articles appear to title fairly consistently. - Hexhand (talk) 03:06, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
