Comment[edit]

Someone please fix this page so it will look better. I done most edits but even what I done isnt good.

I have heard that Marjorie Lord owning the last two seasons is a common misconception and isn't true. Is there a verifiable source for this information? Jude86 05:37, 24 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Jean Hagen played the first wife, Margaret, who lasted for three seasons. Hagen was unhappy playing straight man to Danny and the kids, and Danny didn't like her attitude and was more than happy to see her go. That's the legend I heard. Can't confirm it. Would be nice to get a confirmation as it ads some controversy to the show back stage. Macshill (talk) 18:16, 3 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Whether or nor Lord owns the last 2 seasons is irelevant. They ought to be seen period! This was such a gem of a show too.:-)

Looking for help writing an article about the spin-offs and crossovers of this series[edit]

I am writing an article about all of the series which are in the same shared reality as this one through spin-offs and crossovers. I could use a little help expanding the article since it is currently extremely dense and a bit jumbled with some sentence structures being extremely repetitive. I would like to be able to put this article into article space soon. Any and all help in writing the article would be appreciated, even a comment or two on the talk page would help. Please give it a read through, also please do not comment here since I do not have all of the series on my watch list. - LA @ 16:30, 16 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

On YouTube[edit]

It's available to Americans on YouTube.com/shows. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9j781h4vmI It clocks in at 59:24, including original commercials. Worth the mention? Macshill (talk) 18:18, 3 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reunions: Danny Thomas 1969 Variety Special Sketch[edit]

Another "reunion" that occurred prior to the revival Make Room for Granddaddy was a sketch in a Danny Thomas Variety Special filmed in June 1969 and aired, I believe, in January 1970. The sketch reunited Danny Thomas with Marjorie Lord and Angela Cartwright. 108.1.68.62 (talk) 13:10, 16 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Contradiction[edit]

Placed a contradiction template. The section in question implies in one sentence that Sherry Jackson left of her own accord, then in the next sentence states that she refused to return the following season because she had been fired. Can't both be true. 12.233.146.130 (talk) 20:55, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
