Bogus Info?[edit]

This sentence was removed by me "This story was written based on the life of Kahlil Iqbal Jones, who was born as the original "Golden Child."" Based on a cursory search, this seems obviously untrue, or inaccurate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.249.68.76 (talk) 21:56, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Untitled[edit]

How are the Special FX with the Pepsi can and the demon made? Appears to be claymation or similar (although quite well done, the Pepsi sequence might be silly, but it's my fav. part of the movie...) 惑乱 分からん 11:36, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'd definitely say it was stop-motion animation. I believe Industrial Light & Magic did the effects, and they were well-versed in using SMA by that point. And yes, when I was little, the Pepsi can part was always one of my favorite scenes. Until that bastard Sardo stepped on it. Haha!! --Michael24 17:19, 12 April 2007

copyediting[edit]

I have revised most of the article, leaving the Plot section alone as I am not familiar with the film. --Soulparadox 14:42, 8 May 2012 (UTC)

Recent expansion[edit]

I just reverted a very large and unexplained expansion of the article. If one is going to add that much content, it needs to be done slowly, and each step needs to be explained. To increase the size of the article by 1/3rd, with no edit summary, is, to me, inappropriate. To make matters worse, most of the expansion was sourced to IMDb, which is not, for the most part, a reliable source, especially not trivia pages. These edits should be discussed here before any reversion. ---The Old JacobiteThe '45 00:08, 1 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
