Poster image censorship needed[edit]

It is obscene and inappropriate to put on Wikipedia. Little kids go on Wikipedia sometimes! Plus, R-ratings do not stop those same little kids from watching it if it is their parents' movie, thus providing a reason to look at the article. This needs to be partially blocked out with a black bar or something. -BlueCaper (talk) 21:43, 7 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia_is_not_censored. Don't know what your personal definition of obscene is, but in my opinion, it like beauty is often in the eye of the beholder. The image is from a poster from the film. Not everyone would agree with you that it should be blocked from view. My suggestion would be if you have children you don't think should see certain images, that you supervise their internet experience so as to guide them. "highly-acclaimed winner"[edit]

Although The Hamiltons is described as such in several Wikipedia-articles, I can't find any indication that it is a "highly-acclaimed" film or that it won anything at either the Santa Barbara International Film Festival or the Malibu International Film Festival. I've tagged the Hamilton-claims with "citation needed" and suggest that unless verified they be removed. --Minutae (talk) 11:04, 29 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
