Severely neglected[edit]

I'll be updating this page thoroughly over the next couple of months since major changes in the area are expected IE. 'The Trinagle Hub' and 'La Central' further north in Melrose. If anyone can update me on how this area looks currently through pictures (including a shot of the Opera House Hotel) that would be awesome.
