Manticore[edit]
User Manticore refused to accept a rather important (as it is starkly different than what WP now covers) mention that the old statistics here do not reflect the 90% drop that is a result of Western sanctions. I don't understand the editor's point, and why we would want to mislead people by not reflecting current numbers - only pre-sanctons numbers. 2603:7000:2101:AA00:A953:8981:A3AB:8643 (talk) 04:37, 17 July 2023 (UTC)
