"Te Lo Agradezco, Pero No" (English: I appreciate it, but no) is a song recorded by Alejandro Sanz and Shakira, for Sanz's 2006 studio album El Tren De Los Momentos. It was released as the second single from the album in late 2006. "Te Lo Agradezco, Pero No" is the second duet recorded by the two singers, who previously recorded the hit "La Tortura" for Shakira's 2005 studio album Fijación Oral Vol. 1.

By Shakira's request, this was the first video where Alejandro Sanz dances.

The song was a hit all over Latin America and Spain, reaching the number one spot in the majority of the countries and spending several weeks at the top.

This single won an Oye award in Mexico for Song of the Year.[1]
