Fothergilla malloryi[edit]

Fothergilla malloryi leaf

  • ... that the extinct witchalder Fothergilla malloryi is the oldest confirmed member of the genus Fothergilla?

Created/expanded by Kevmin (talk). Self nom at 07:26, 4 April 2012 (UTC)

  • Hook: Short enough, interesting, article and hook don't match: article says "is", hook says "was". Also, Hamamelidaceae is not given a common name in the article. Image looks good.
Article: New enough, long enough, referenced well, AGF on offline references
Summary: Hook and article need to agree before this can be promoted. Crisco 1492 (talk) 15:15, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
  • Fothergilla vernacular name witchalder added to the article per the article reference. Hook adjusted to match article.--Kevmin § 16:48, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
  • AGF on offline sources. Looks good! Crisco 1492 (talk) 22:38, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
