  • Hi, I came by to promote this, but I have some questions about the hooks. In the first hook, what is I-Kiribati? Isn't it the Kiribati government? And why is it "foreign journalists" (plural) when the article states that only one journalist had his passport confiscated? In the second hook, why is it six days instead of seven (January 19 to January 26)?
  • I think both hooks sound accusatory and should be phrased more neutrally. What do you think about a straight-up disaster hook like:

  • Looking at it a month later, I agree that the hooks are fairly accusatory in nature. ALT2 is a better compromise in this regards, and I'd select that one over the others. Acebulf (talk) 23:09, 18 April 2018 (UTC)

I agree with Yoninah. With the small amount of news coming out about the investigation, where Kiribati requested help from other nations with investigation boards, I don't expect a report to be put out this year. Even developed nations take 1-2 years to report on transportation disasters, with some of the more complex ones taking upwards of 4-5. Acebulf (talk) 00:14, 19 April 2018 (UTC)
