The article is new, having been created and nominated in the past day. It is long enough, coming in at around 2200 characters. And it reads neutrally, has proper inline citations, and I am not seeing any close paraphrasing issues (as well as you can do for listing someone's military acomplishments anyways). The hook is within 200 characters and is interesting, most definitely. It is directly cited inline in the article. The only issue here is that the QPQ has not been done. @Zanhe: If the QPQ is done, then this will pass. Silver seren^C 21:36, 24 August 2015 (UTC)
