Not new enough or a 5x expansion; no prejudice against renomination if it becomes a GA

Mineral industry of Europe[edit]

Created/expanded by Newroderick895 (talk). Self-nominated at 09:51, 2 June 2018 (UTC).

  • Regrettably, this article was not nominated until June 2, while the work on it was all done in April. Per DYK rules, it is considered newly created as of April 14, the day it was moved from Draft to mainspace; it has not been 5x expanded since then. Articles must be nominated for DYK within seven days of creation, expansion, or listing as a GA; in this case, the nomination was forty-nine days after being moved to mainspace, far too long. At this point, the only way the article can qualify is to become a Good Article and then be nominated. I'm sorry for the bad news. BlueMoonset (talk) 05:52, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
