This is an interesting topic, but at present the article is simply too short. Please expand, for example by saying more about the critical reception, also by having lead information sourced in the body of the article. The lead should only be a summary, without refs. The claim that it is the first comes from the publisher, - not exactly independent. I would find the hook catchy even without "the first". Please get rid of bare urls by supplying at least title, publisher and date + accessdate to the references. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:30, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
  • I've expanded the article, and moved the publisher's claim to the main body of the article. There's still one ref in the header, for Oakley's definition, but I think that should stay. cagliost (talk) 11:35, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
  • Thank you, fine expansion, and yes, for quotes and definitions refs should stay. Please work on the other issues and a qpq, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:52, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
Nice work, thank you. Like ALT1 best, strike others. Do me a favour: reword some more of the quotations in your words. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 14:44, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
reworded two quotes. --Human3015TALK  16:29, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
