Percussion Concerto No. 2 (MacMillan)[edit]

Created by Jg2904 (talk). Nominated by Gerda Arendt (talk) at 21:13, 12 August 2015 (UTC).

  • New enough, long enough, neutral, verifiable, no copyvios or close paraphrasing detected. Hook is of the appropriate length, cited in-line, and interesting. I've copyedited the hook slightly to avoid the use of a colon and keep tenses consistent. A full QPQ is needed, as the one you provided does not mention a majority of the DYK criteria. If you've already done the work on the one you provided and just didn't write down what you checked, feel free to re-review that one to satisfy the requirement; no need to choose another nomination entirely. ~ RobTalk 09:53, 14 August 2015 (UTC)
  • Good to go. I understand you know what to check, but without it being written down, prep builders can't assume you remembered to check everything. It leads to the prep builder having to check every single criteria rather than the usual double-check of the hook. At that point, the prep builder might as well have reviewed the article. That doesn't fulfill the purpose of the QPQ. In addition to what you wrote in your new review, I'll assume you checked neutrality, verifiability, close paraphrasing, and that nom's QPQ. ~ RobTalk 12:01, 14 August 2015 (UTC)
