  • Comment: This article was translated from the article I created on the French wikipedia. Piotrus suggested I list this article here. First time for me hope I get everything right

thx ALT1 ... that because she was arrested for indecent behavior, Rosette Wolczak died in Auschwitz aged 15? Victuallers (talk) 09:01, 25 May 2016 (UTC)
  • New article (translated from fr), 9338 characters readable prose, within policy. Hook is good, and supported by offline sources. QPQ exempt. Good to go. FunkyCanute (talk) 20:17, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, but found the article needed a copyedit for English grammar, which I did. I noted a few places where words don't make sense (perhaps they're misspelled?) I also added a citation needed tag to an unsourced statement which seems incorrect – of 2526 persons who transited to Switzerland, only 80 were expelled? Yoninah (talk) 22:27, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
::: Hi Yoninah, for the words that dont make sense could you please tell me which ones? For the information you mentioned as incorrect, it is sourced in the previous source ref number 11 :Bach, Philippe (28 January 2016). "Les cropettes, nouveau lieu de mémoire". Le Courrier. Retrieved May 25, 2016. You can read the text online here : (but it is in french) Les Cropettes nouveau lieu de mémoire. Quote from the source:

"Le dépouillement des archives indique que 2526 personnes ont transité par ce bâtiment, dont au moins 1622 étaient juives. Près de 80 réfugiés juifs ont été refoulés après être passés par ce camp, et 17 d’entre eux ont été déportés."

As I mentionned the reference in the previous phrase, I did not feel that it was necessary to repeat it. I hope this does answer your question about the needed citation. Nattes à chat (talk) 17:58, 29 May 2016 (UTC)

  • @Nattes à chat: I took care of translating "Refoulment" to "Expulsion". In the paragraph under Arrest for "indecent behavior", what is a "dormira"? Perhaps you want to rewrite that sentence. Regarding the citation, I moved it to after the sentences which are cited in the source. Otherwise that last sentence was unsourced. Yoninah (talk) 19:03, 29 May 2016 (UTC)

@Yoninah: it was a mistake, you were right : thank you! The correct word is dormitory. Nattes à chat (talk) 19:15, 29 May 2016 (UTC)

  • Thank you. Everything is in order now. I reformatted the Torracinta footnote using WP:SRF because it's repeated quite often. Please note that the page number is not given in several of those footnotes; you may want to add it. Let's go with Victuallers' ALT1, which is very hooky. Rest of review per FunkyCanute. ALT1 good to go. Yoninah (talk)
