Tianjin Foreign Studies University (天津外国语学院 Tiānjīn wàiguóyǔ xuéyuàn) is a university in Tianjin, China under the municipal government. The institution, one of eight of its kind in China, specializes in teaching foreign languages and cultures to Chinese students. Language concentrations include Portuguese, English, Japanese, German, French, Russian, Korean, Spanish, Swahili and Arabic. The institution also offers classes in Chinese language and culture for foreign exchange students from other countries.

The university is located at 117 Machang Road (马场道 Mǎchǎngdào), on the northern extreme of Hexi District (河西区 Héxīqū), bordering Heping District (和平区 Hépíngqū).

Xiu Gang, who is an expert on Japanese, is the current headmaster of the university.
