It seems like you are copy-pasting material from some sources, as the text is written like in a textbook. If you are, it is most likely violating the copyrights of the writer. If not, please supply the source of your material. --Muhandes (talk) 13:35, 28 July 2011 (UTC)

Hi Akmal, thanks for your contributions to the rheumatic fever article. However I've removed some of the text you added there, because Wikipedia is not a medical textbook. Although I noticed many of your edits were reverted with the edit summary saying Wikipedia is not a medical textbook.
