Proposed deletion of V. T. Induchoodan

The article V. T. Induchoodan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Hampered because I can't search except in English but I can't locate any sources to indicate this subject passes WP:GNG or WP:ANYBIO. His achievements are all routine and there isn't enough for a presumed pass under any SNG.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
