Nope, I wasn't new-page patrolling. I think you're referring to the {{db}} tags I added to a few articles in quick succession, but they were all created by the same person within a short space of time. Palm Springs (band)[edit]

I don't mean to argue as I'm new to the Wikipedia project and know very well that there are and must be met certain guidelines. However, in this particular case I would like to criticize the speed in which my article was deleted. I last checked on it last night, everything was alright, now I come back to check on it again and it's gone. It would have been nice to maybe ASK first, if maybe there was a reason for me to invest time to write an article. Maybe I forgot to mention some things as I don't have written evidence that is citable online and just need be told how to include that? I do suppose that there are numerous people out there, writing loads of sh** and that sometimes it is difficult judging whether or not something is relevant or not. But - even if the band is not known to you, it might very well be known in Germany. Anyways, now it's gone, so thanks a lot for that. I'd like to reestablish it, because - in my opinion - the band meets the following requirement: "It has been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent from the musician/ensemble itself and reliable." In fact, they are quite regularly played in a radioshow they have got nothing to do with - that of the editor of the German Rolling Stone, Wolfgang Doebeling, called "Roots". It's on Sunday nights at ten. The album was on the German Rolling Stone user's choice list in the top ten (even if I don't have digital proof of that). As much as I know, they're also quite known in France. To cut a long story short, I see where you're coming from and why you maybe need to challenge the article, but is it really necessary? and is it really necessary to do it THAT quick, without really giving me a chance to explain or to improve? I need to add the following: "to avoid speedy deletion an article does not have to prove that its subject is notable, just give a reasonable indication of why it might be notable." (see A7: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Criteria_for_speedy_deletion) and "Before nominating an article for speedy deletion, consider whether it could be improved, reduced to a stub, merged or redirected elsewhere or be handled with some other action short of deletion. If this is possible, speedy deletion is probably inappropriate. Contributors sometimes create articles over several edits, so try to avoid deleting a page too soon after its creation if it appears incomplete. Can the page be undeleted maybe while I try to find more sources for citation and notability? Or shall we do it the other way round - first find sources, then undelete it? How does one proceed here? I would find some citations first and then provide all of the info to Gwen_Gale, the admin who deleted it. If you look here, she will even send you a copy of the original page. Once you get these notability citations, you can post it on this subpage that I made for you:User_talk:Nela_78/Palm_Springs_(band), and then have Gwen_Gale take a look at it. Pisgah Phase[edit]

"refimprove" and "sections" banners to the new article, Pisgah Phase. If I've done this improperly, please assist me. I thankyou for your help for it was originally meant to be a stub. More data will need be added to additional sections for the article to have meaningful substance as a main article, I think, maybe. I'm a WIKI-newby. Thankyou kindly. I've become confused and gotten my notes citations mixed up. Some of this is on the internet for easier citations. Others are from my notes and I didn't put the page from the scholar's book who one fellow published just a paper for the government. But, thankyou greatly for monitoring this. The article in question does cite a reference. As stated in Wikipedia:Citing sources, "Articles can be supported with references in two ways: the provision of general references – books or other sources that support a significant amount of the material in the article ....".
