I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome!

Now for the serious bit from a fellow academic. You have made several edits to an article clearly based on yourself, in violation of Wikipedia's autobiography policy and Wikipedia's original research policy -- Wikipedia is not a primary source. You also have not provided enough context for a non-expert to understand what you are saying, which will confuse a college undergraduate, much less a random person. Please have a neutral person, who is not related to you by consanguinity or affinity, nor your employee, edit the article. It is possibly that it might be deleted otherwise. Best of luck!
