The article is referenced by the official site of the university. I do not understand why it is not reliable source!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could you please elaborate, the reason!

The comment below the rejection notice specified that your article "needs reliable independent sources". While the official website is reliable, it is not independent. Wikipedia and copyright[edit]

Hello Desta Milkessa, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to Draft:Ambo University has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source.
