Prolongation[edit]

Hi Frank, I've just taken a look at this article, and that on Schenker himself. I hope you don't mind that I've deployed en dashes rather than hyphens to separate chord and scale-degree symbols in progressions, and I've removed the subscripting from the capped scale-degree symbols (WP's are ugly, aren't they).
