Marseillais[edit]

It is not useful on the english wikipedia to inform readers what the feminine plural form of "marseillais" is. This would have to be repeated for aixois, arlesiens, nimois, nicois, parisiens, lyonnais, nantais, tropeziens, etc, ... When talking about the inhabitants of Marseille in the plural, the term Marseillais is used. Even on the french WP pages, as you are doubtless aware, the masculine plural is used for inhabitants. BTW the english you used in the articles on the Old Port and the Canebiere is full of errors. Were you aware of this? --Mathsci 21:51, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
