Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Noumisoshortcake.jpg[edit]

Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. Manual of Style[edit]

Hi. I saw the message you left on my Talk page. I am well aware that many Japanese bands like to use all-capitals for stylistic purposes, but on Wikipedia, we have a Manual of Style, which discourages using all-caps for purely stylistic purposes. I see you have been editing on Wikipedia for a couple of years now, but you probably need to read the guidelines to make sure that your edits conform to the Manual of Style in future. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
