Thanks for uploading File:Digital Montage Number 2 by Nick Gentry.jpg, which you've sourced to Nick Gentry. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. Possible Conflict of interest on Nick Gentry and improper use of the minor edit checkbox[edit]

Couple of things:

You've solely been editing on Nick Gentry and related articles; do you have any conflict of interest?
It's generally considered best to not mark edits as minor if they change the meaning of content. It's also helpful for other editors if you use edit summaries to describe the nature of your changes.
