Proposed deletion of Functional diversity[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Functional diversity, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

This article is about a neologiasm. Usage does not appear to have been taken up in any significance. Searches for the term actually turn up scientific usages rather than this item of political correctness.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Citizen Science[edit]

While your contribution to the article Citizen Science is welcome, your recent edit on May 4th does not give a citation. Has the book been published yet and if not, is it appropriate to quote the book? Quotes have to be referenced. How do you know what is in the book anyway?
