Please refrain from writing autobiographical articles. Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged; if you create such an article, it may be deleted. All edits to articles must conform to our policies on no original research, neutral point of view, and avoid conflicts of interest. Please remember that Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia, not a personal webspace provider. If your achievements are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. Hello Karengibsonroc. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about following the reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.

Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please stop. Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Karen Gibson Roc, without resolving the problem that the template refers to may be considered disruptive editing. Further edits of this type may result in your account being blocked from editing Wikipedia. Saying that the issues have been solved when they haven't been can quickly get you blocked from editing. This is your last warning; the next time you remove the maintenance templates from Wikipedia articles without resolving the problem that the template refers to, as you did at Karen Gibson Roc, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. You are removing more templates than just the COI template. Also, simply editing with another account will not remove the conflict of interest. COI and Improvement Template Removal[edit]

Hi! I wanted to write you a message because all of these template messages can be a little rough sometimes. Currently, you can't really solve the conflict of interest issue until you are no longer editing the page. All that means is using the article's talk page to request edits. You can also use this talk page or my talk page to request edits. Editing the page isn't forbidden but it's strongly discouraged (one of the templates above goes into more depth about how Wikipedia feels about editing your own article). The other tags will have to stay until then. The notability tag is there because the article doesn't clearly establish the notability of the subject of the article according to this guideline. I wouldn't worry too much about that though. The Reference Improvement template just means that there's a lot of information on the page that isn't verified with "reliable sources" but that's also not something to worry about. The tags are to signal other editors to come and improve the page so while they may not be the prettiest thing to look at right now, they'll result in the improvement of the article. Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. Nomination of Karen Gibson Roc for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Karen Gibson Roc is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
