Major Points:
- Under "Drugs with known mechanisms of actions," the subsection "Aspirin" reads as very specific while the "Antidepressants" section reads as more general. It might be helpful to define one or two of the drugs that fall under the "many antidepressant drugs" referenced.
- It might be worth including a sentence or two about the difference between mode of action and mechanism of action in the top section of the article. If the two are sometimes used interchangeably, a reader may have found this page by searching the other term. This way, you can clarify which the article is discussing and what the difference between the two are.
Minor Points:
- The first sentence under "Drugs with known mechanisms of actions" is a bit of a run-on. This could easily be divided into two sentences.
- Under "Drugs of unknown mechanisms of action," the phrase "despite the drug's having been in use for many years" can be reworded to "despite use of the drug for many years."
- Under "Lithium," "scientistspostualte" should be "scientists postulate."

There is a lot of solid information and encyclopedic style writing, so good job! The choice of drugs for known and unknown mechanism are pretty standard, however there must be more known and unknown mechanisms. I feel like the title implies that there is going to be a list of all known mechanisms, rather than just a few examples, so something clarifying this or changing the title would help. Also I'm surprised to see that some common terms such as SSRIs don't have functioning wikipedia links.The last sentence of Genetic Interaction Methods Section made me laugh but I think it needs to be corrected for use in wikipedia. More information should be added to the mechanism of antidepressants, as if I'm not mistaken they treat a range of anxiety and mental disorders in addition to depression. Lithium may also be used as an anti-psychotic in other diseases besides bipolar (like schizophrenia). The article may also benefit from using more references for information. The sections asking DO I NEED THIS? when expanded may contribute a lot to the overall article. There are no particular concerns about the writing style. It is clear, encyclopedic, and accessible. Nice!
