Synthesis[edit]

Please don't add your own personal interpretation of what a film's reception was. This is known as synthesis. We have two aggregators to tell us what critics thought, and we can't just ignore what they say in favor of some sweeping generalization that's unsourced. February 2021[edit]

Information icon Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Kick-Ass 2 (film). Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. It is still synthesis to say that something received "mixed to negative reviews", which is meaningless in any case. "Mixed" means it received both positive and negative, so saying "mixed to negative" means "both positive and negative and negative". How about you just let the sources speak for themselves and not add your own interpretation of them? NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 17:21, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
