Redirects[edit]

On 31-Mar, you created a "soft" redirect from Deoxythymidine to Thymidine. You should do a real redirect in cases like this. The instructions for how are at Wikipedia:Redirect. Citations[edit]

Hej! Great work on expanding the thymidine kinase article! In case you haven't already seen this, check out the template filler tool. Given a PMID, you can quickly create a fully formatted {{cite journal}} template that can be directly copied and pasted into a Wikipedia article. Updating strategies[edit]

I have started updating the article on thymidine kinase (I have taken as my special duty to keep the information on this enzyme updated, as you may see). A question about the strategy, as there are several publications relevant to the topic: Should I make the updates one by one directly on Wikipedia (as I started) or should I download the text to a word processing sheet and make all the updating there to upload this sheet in one go after the updating is ready? This may save space on the server, as the number of old versions to be saved will be much less, and also save time as the time for uploading after each change is considerable, but also make it less clear what has been changed. Translating new Terms of Use[edit]

Hi, I tried to translate the new Terms document. It was quite some work, but when I finished I found that I was not on the site of Wikipedia, but on the site of Wikimedia. I found my translation on the translate page, but I have no password to Wikimedia, so I was not logged in. Therefore the translation obviously does not go public, my work is lost! Can it be saved?? Technical editing problems[edit]

I have a half ready article about thymidine kinase in clinical chemistry (the article "Thymidine Kinase" is too heavy and should be reduced somewhat). I wrote a text and marked the places where to place references with numbers and also made a separate list of references. When merging these in the sanbox I gtried to copy the references into their places in the text I had prepared. this went well through half the document, then I got a blue window saying "Sorry ...". I can edit the text, but it is impossible to copy anything into it. I use browser "Chrome", it is normally working without problems (Microsoft Edge is never). Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
