A beer for you![edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia! If you're looking for small things to help out with, take a look at the maintenance page or the master backlog. But there's probably enough to do with the GLAM site. Hypotactic (talk) 20:43, 10 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Featuring your work on Wikipedia's front page: DYKs[edit]

Thank you for your recent articles, including Estezet, which I read with interest. When you create an extensive and well referenced article, you may want to have it featured on Wikipedia's main page in the Did You Know section. Articles included there will be read by thousands of our viewers. To do so, add your article to the list at T:TDYK. Let me know if you need help, Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 07:04, 11 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Solidarity Vienna[edit]

The article Solidarity Vienna has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (organizations) requirement. If you disagree and deprod this, please explain how it meets them on the talk page in the form of "This article meets criteria A and B because..." and ping me back. Thank you,

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. I am not sure what I wrote there myself. I'd suggest that you ask the admin who deleted it to restore the article and it's talk in your userpace, per WP:USERFY. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 08:11, 11 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Wikimedian in Residence BoF at Wikimania 2017[edit]

Hello!

My name is David Alves (User:Horadrim~usurped), and I'm an Wikipedian in Residence at RIDC NeuroMat (User:Horadrim). I've reach your contact through the Wikimedian in residence page in Outreach. As you may know, Wikimania 2017 is coming! I am here because, as a fellow WiR, I believe this would be a great opportunity for us to share experiences, discuss difficulties and exchange solutions, creating a community among us capable of supporting in other projects that would benefit from residents. In that sense, I have submitted a proposal of a Birds of a Feather activity to Wikimania that you can check out here. I hope to count with your support in this project and would like to invite you to join us if you participate in Wikimania. In case of any doubts, please feel free to contact me, either in my talk pages or by e-mail at david.alves(at)outlook.com.

Thank you very much! ‎Horadrim~usurped (talk) 00:33, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Azov and Biletsky[edit]

I have been looking into the sourcing in that article and yeah, it seems to boil down to the flag, some soldiers have tattoos, and the Biletsky quote. I am therefore interested to hear that he denies saying it. Care to expand on that? Elinruby (talk) 14:12, 3 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I did find the sources at the Biletsky article, btw, so if you don’t have others handy, no worries. I am just interested if you do Elinruby (talk) 19:07, 3 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
