Indeed I am, thank you very much for pointing this out to me. In the unfortunate case that there would continue to be a deadlock on the issue, is there a way to put this to a vote? As I said on the article's talk page, it seems silly to me to assume there might not be a connection between the two.
Also, It could make sense to bring some of the authors of the article on Ecotopia into the discussion. --Mtu (talk) 11:13, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
If you get a response from the author, you might ask if he's aware of any reviews or articles about the book which commented on the "ticky tacky boxes" reference. It's unlikely, but you never know. Beyond My Ken (talk) 19:18, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Or – and I really don't know why he would do this for such a relatively minor, if very irritating, dispute, unless he's a Wikipedia-fanatic and an inclusionist willing to go the extra furlong to help out – he could make himself known to OTRS, verify his identity, and post on the article's talk page, straight form the horse's mouth!
