This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. -- LuK3 (Talk) 16:53, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because...

Hi Sir,

I have created a formula to determine the poverty of individuals and families. Thus, I wanted to make it public for the public interest. Please let me know what should I do to not to get my content deleted from the Wikipedia which I always refer for learning new things. --OneNationOneSystem (talk) 17:02, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not a medium for publishing original research or for publicising new ideas. Wikipedia policy is that we have content only about topics which have already had enough coverage in reliable independent sources to establish their significance. JBW (talk) 19:20, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
