Deceit

When someone uploads someone else's image and claims that they created it, it is reasonable to describe the action as deceitful. Do you agree? Please reply.

Note that uploading File:Kolkataskyline.jpg was utterly pointless because the image is already available on the Commons at File:South City Towers, Kolkata.JPG.
