Whether the title is spelt "Center" or "Centre", do not attempt to re-create this article.

However, if (and only if; below, "IFF"):

• Lifebaka (who closed the deletion discussion) interpreted the discussion incorrectly; or
• significant new information has come to light since the deletion (information that justifies recreating the deleted page); or
• there was a (were) substantive procedural error(s) in the deletion discussion

then (because Lifebaka is now inactive) read about "deletion review" very carefully. IFF your proposed article meets the criteria, carefully read and follow the instructions for "deletion review".
