We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

A tag has been placed on File:Yahoo.com Main Page 2-20-2013 reduced.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
