How to convert this page into user page? Can I just copy paste all code, or I must edit its content? -- Zakir 09:18, 28 August 2017 (UTC)

Hi. You can just copy and paste all the code to your user page. Then you can blank İstifadəçi:Zakirshikhli or just leave it and an admin will delete it. Bennv3771 (talk) 09:24, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
FYI, you can sign your comments by adding 4 tildes to the end of you comments (like this: ~~~~), instead of manually signing off. Bennv3771 (talk) 09:29, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I guess I did it. deleted content of previous page and copied it to user page. THANKS Zakir 09:30, 28 August 2017 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on İstifadəçi:Zakirshikhli requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. User page[edit]

Wikipedia is not a social networking site. "User" is an horrible misnomer - it should be "editor". If you actually start to contribute here, when you have done a significant number of edits, you may create a user page. It should tell us as much about what you do on Wikipedia as about what you do in the rest of the world. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 10:33, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I did not know that. I am not a new user. made lots of edits in Azerbaijani. Now decided make a user page Zakir 10:36, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
If rules forcing to write only about contributions, I will do that. Zakir 10:37, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
Can you restore my page? I dont want to begin from scratch. Will delete everything expect minimum personal info (as guide require) and add info about my contributions -- Zakir 10:41, 28 August 2017 (UTC) Zakir 10:41, 28 August 2017 (UTC)

  • (talk page watcher) @Zakirshikhli: FYI, but you should really be signing your talk-page posts (with ~~~~), as if you don't, RHaworth may not know who posted and then not know whose emails to look out for :) Know what I mean? Or, they might just ignore you on principle. You never know... — fortunavelut luna 10:48, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@RHaworth: Can You restore my page, so I delete all violating info and add contribution info/history ? Zakir 10:52, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi: But I always add Zakir 10:53, 28 August 2017 (UTC) ?..[reply]
@RHaworth: here is my contribution history. I write contribution only in Azerbaijani. My contribution history is not empty! You just watched English version< yes it is empty. I am not a spammer or wanted to use Wikipedia as a web host. I just did not know rules -- Zakir 11:06, 28 August 2017 (UTC) Zakir 11:06, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sending emails to active Wikipedians is pointless: frequent editors like me will see the automatic alert very soon after a message is left for them. Active but less frequent editors will have things set up for automatic emails when they are messaged. The messages you left on my talk page could have been done with one edit instead of eight. OK, i should not complain about that but I happened to be working here at the time and kept getting distracted by notifications. Learn the proper format for interwiki links - see the link above to your history at az:.

I have restored your user page here. Please make it look less like an article: use first person (I/me) and tell us what you do here. The page I deleted thoroughly deserved deletion - you had given no hint that you are active on az: ! — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:56, 29 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
