About this page[edit]

I started this page after a discussion with User:John Broughton. References:

To-do:

  1. Add links to Wikipedia's instructional material
  2. Add links to books about Wikipedia (if any)
  3. Categorize page
  4. Define a shortcut for the page (perhaps WP:INSTRUCT ?)
  5. Link to page from User:John Broughton/Editor's Index to Wikipedia
  6. Watch the page get deleted (hopefully not, but...)

Broken links[edit]

All links in section Individual screencasts are broken for me. --Patrick Nagel (talk) 06:22, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Right; I hid the entire section, but now that I'm going to populate it with different links, I'm posting here what went bad:
  • A basic editing screencast, approximately 3 minutes in length, non-interactive, no audio, with pop-up balloon explanations of edits being done on the screen, is available here.
  • A screencast (tutorial) on "How to add links" is available here. -->
