The page previously said that most H&B bats are made from ash, which is no longer true. While over 90% have historically been ash, the emerald ash borer has (as of 2021) almost completely wiped out the supply of ash and hardly any are made at the factory today. The mini-bat remains the most produced ash wood bat (800,000/year), though the company is currently exploring using maple and birch for those now as well. undo Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit
