After reviewing your request for rollback, I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
*Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
*Rollback can be used to revert vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
*Rollback may be removed at any time.
If you no longer want rollback, then contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some information on how to use rollback, you can view this page. I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, just leave me a message if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Happy editing! –<font face="Verdana"><font color="black">xeno</font> (<font color="black">talk</font>)</font> 22:28, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

Welcome!

Hello, SunDragon34, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place helpme before the question. Hi! I looked over the article and it does not appear to be spam. However, it does appear to be pure original research. This still makes it eligible for deletion, just not speedy deletion. I couldn't really find any company/ organization the article was specifically promoting. I suggest proposing deletion or nominating the article for deletion instead. I hope this helps. Cheers! TNX-Man 20:50, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I re-added the spam tag (but left your prod) because it is promoting the creator's book. It may be declined, but I have no doubt that it is spam. As for the prod, it's helpful to include a reason for deletion so that the article's creator (and the reviewing admin) can see your rationale. Something like is sufficient in this case. Delicious carbuncle (talk) 21:06, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I just wanted to drop you a quick note for two reasons. 1) Thanks for the barnstar! 2) I noticed you requested rollback rights. Have you looked into Twinkle? It's a really useful tool for fighting vandalism. Cheers! TNX-Man 02:07, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. And thanks for telling me about Twinkle. It's great. SunDragon34 (talk) 18:28, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your rollback request

Hi! I regret that I must inform you that your request for the rollback permission has been denied. You can discover why by checking the archives at Wikipedia:Requests for rollback/Denied/June 2008#SunDragon34. RFRBot (talk) 22:01, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sweden edits

Careful, you're cutting off the second half of the page. This was happening to me recently -- if you're using Firefox, try another browser instead. NawlinWiki (talk) 17:29, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. Sorry about that. SunDragon34 (talk) 17:31, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Toy Story copyedit

I agree with your talk page comment—Toy Story is a great film and deserves to have a FA. I'd really like to help out. I'll get started this weekend. Cheers! --AnnaFrance (talk) 00:30, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Just wanted to let you know I am working on it. I've got a copy coming from Netflix so that I can work on the plot section, and right now I'm working on a dynamite lead section (with references and everything). Should be ready to go public with something within a couple of days. Have a good one! --AnnaFrance (talk) 00:34, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, there! I've seen you working on Toy Story and wondered whether you had an opinion on the recent expansion of the plot section by Immblueversion. I don't know whether I'm being too precious about his edits to my version or if they're valid. Would appreciate a third set of eyes, if you can spare them! Tim Bennett (talk) 23:29, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I think some of it could stay and some of it could go. I'll see if I can go through it. Thanks! SunDragon34 (talk) 18:55, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

TKAM

Hello. Our edits on To Kill A Mockingbird seemed to conflict for some reason, but I can see that we were both trying to revert the same thing. The red-linked user (and a few of the IP addresses) seem to be messing around with a certain paragraph. The user wants to repeat the paragraph and says that he's "fixing" broken links as an explanation. He also says "see talk" even though he didn't discuss anything at the time. What should we do? ~ Troy (talk) 03:31, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. You're right--I didn't notice what a mess this article is. It's under a lot of fire right now. The user Bongwarrior is an administrator, and he has already blocked one or more of the accounts that was causing trouble.
My advice: just keep reverting unconstructive edits and be sure to warn the users who made them on their talk page. Start by placing or on the user's talk page. If the same user makes another unconstructive edit, or if on your first warning you find that someone else has already warned them for a past act of vandalism, place the next higher-level vandalism tag on their talk page. You can find all of the user talk warning tags at WP:Template messages/User talk namespace.
If a user vandalizes after recently receiving or , then go to WP:AIV and put their name on the list to be blocked. Also write that they were vandalizing after receiving their final warning. That should end the problem caused by that user.
Whoa... While I was writing this, all record of that edit mess on TKAM disappeared. I guess an admin did a huge revert on the page, setting it back to how it was an hour or so ago. I guess that's problem solved. But, at any rate, that's how you deal with the vandalism, for future reference.
It looks to me like someone was deliberately trying to sabotage today's featured article. (I don't normally assume bad faith, but in this case it's pretty blatant.) I'll be keeping an eye on it for a while longer. If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me on my talk page. Cheers!

SunDragon34 (talk) 04:43, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again...My bad. I was looking at the talk page history, not the article history. Yeah, it's all still there, no admins did a revert on the history.

Also, I failed to look at your user page before responding to your post. I didn't know you were also in the CVU. Sorry if you already knew all that stuff above. I didn't mean to sound condescending.

But, yeah, I'd say that in this situation, the user you referred to in your initial post is vandalizing and needs to be warned and, if necessary, blocked.

SunDragon34 (talk) 04:58, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Of course. Actually, he was blocked by Bongwarrior as I had suggested on "requests for admin. intervention", although that was after Nickbush and I had given the user several warnings.
Just to confirm it, I believe that our edits are not in any contradiction, so we shouldn't have to worry about it :). The user was only temporarily blocked, so keep your eyes peeled just in case. ~ Troy (talk) 19:55, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, the only folks you should worry about are the IPs as Bongwarrior changed his mind and decided that the user was only a waste of time at this point. Regards, ~ Troy (talk) 19:59, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The article has full-protection now, so I don't think we should worry about it at all for now. BTW, thanks for keeping things calm at Talk:Pope Shenouda III of Alexandria. ~ Troy (talk) 23:49, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. Glad to help! SunDragon34 (talk) 23:57, 11 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
