Do not put little stars in headers. Do not replace "Your reason here" with your reason in my message. Stop bolding everything and putting <small> tags everywhere. I'm not sure if your behaviour is the result of you being a young editor, of a language barrier, or both, but if you cannot follow simple instructions, you may have just too much competence issues to be editing Wikipedia. I do not think you are a malicious editor, but it would be a good idea to slow down, and think about your edits before you make them.

You said that you were lying, that you were sorry, that you would stop creating other accounts, and that you would stop vandalizing, and I am inclined to believe that. I'm going to set five conditions to your unblock :

• For a period of 1 month starting from your unblock date, you will not post any irrelevant or unnecessary message on other user talk pages. Unnecessary messages include barnstars such as the ones you added on User talk:Meow and on various other talk pages. You may still ask serious questions about serious Wikipedia work on user talk pages, and you may still reply to other editors on your own talk page.

I would be willing to unblock you based on the above condition, but the reviewing administrator may not share that view, and I agree with Favonian above that your edit summary showed poor judgement. I see that Nick-D (talk · contribs) unblocked you, and you should be thankful for the chance he gave you. Now you can edit again, but keep in mind that "it is really important that you understand that you will be quickly re-blocked and probably never unblocked if you make any further unhelpful changes". It is also very important that you respect the condition set for your unblock : you are not to post messages on other user talk pages that are not useful to your work on articles until at least 11 March.
