TFA for October?

Hi Imzadi1979 and other page watchers: I was thinking of nominating this article at TFA for October 1, the 25th anniversary of the highway's opening. However, I noticed that the "Future" section is a little outdated (it talks about a project that didn't happen) and there are a lot of paragraphs in each of the sections that perhaps can be split up.
