Kevin Connolly (Born March 5, 1974 in Patchogue, NY) attended Patchogue-Medford High School and is an American actor and director best known for his role on the HBO original series Entourage as Eric Murphy, the manager and best friend of an up and coming Hollywood celebrity who lives the "good life" with his best friends. Connolly played the role of "Chickie" in the motion picture Rocky V. He also starred as Ryan Malloy on the comedy series Unhappily Ever After. He played Malcolm in the Disney Channel original movie Up, Up, and Away. He was in The Notebook as friend Finn. Most recently, Connolly directed the film Gardener of Eden, which is set to premiered in the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival[1].

At one time he was linked with Unhappily Ever After co-star Nikki Cox. He dated Nicky Hilton from January 2005 to October 2006.

In August 2006, he got into a dispute at a nightclub over comments made about Hilton with professional skateboarder Chad Muska. Connolly punched Muska in the face, before the two were separated. [2] Ironically, a similar situation occurred in the Entourage episode Vegas Baby, Vegas! that aired around the time of the incident, after Seth Green made a comment about Connolly's character's girlfriend.

In a recent interview with Time Out New York, Connolly stated that he is currently single [3].

Connolly, having grown up on Long Island playing hockey, is an avid New York Islanders fan.
